WEDDING CEREMONY AT THE VENUE

- 80 chairs for the ceremony (you may select one of our models but it has to be the same model as the reception chairs)

- Table with 3 chairs for the Couple and Registrar (our model)

- 2 baskets with petals (rice optional)

- Petals for the aisle

- Microphones and speakers

- Recorded music for the ceremony

- 2 umbrellas for the ceremony

WEDDING RECEPTION AT THE VENUE

-  Before the ceremony: waters and juices

- Wedding cocktail: canapes and drinks (sparkling wine, port, white and red wine, beer, martini bianco and rosso, sangria and soft drinks)

- Wedding meal: 4 courses or barbecue buffet and drinks (white wine, red wine, beer, waters and soft drinks)

- Coffee or tea 

- 3 Layer white wedding cake and portuguese sparkling wine

- 4 hours open bar with vodka, gin, beer, wines, whisky, martini, port wine, baileys, brandy, caipiroska, mojito and soft drinks

(no limitation of number of drinks served per guest during the whole event; drunk people will not be served)

-  Round tables from 10 to 12 guests with tablecloth or glass top or long tables with tablecloth

- Chairs (you may select one of our models but has to be the same model as the ceremony chairs)

- Outdoor lounge with bistrot tables

- 1 table for gifts and cards

-  10 center pieces  for the tables with flowers of the season and tealights (chandeliers and premium flowers not included)

- Printed Menus (our model)

- Wood table markers number and seating plan (name tags not included) 

- Background music for the ceremony, cocktail and wedding meal

- Microphones and speakers for speeches during the whole event

- Dj and Sound System

- Confirmation of the ceremony with the register /celebrant.
